Sometimes we feel out of sync, emotionally blocked, or unsure of how to reconnect with ourselves.  Many of us carry energy that’s been shaped by past experiences, emotional wounds, and daily stress — energy that, over time, creates imbalance in our bodies, minds, and spirits.

This Chakra Workshop was created as a sacred space to help you gently return to balance. Whether you're just beginning to explore your energy system or you've been on this journey for a while, this workshop invites you to deepen your awareness of your body's natural energy centres — the chakras — and the powerful role they play in your overall well-being.

Together, we’ll explore the 12 chakras, from root to crown, learning how each one connects to different aspects of your physical health, emotional patterns, and spiritual growth. Through guided meditations, breathwork, visualization, journaling, and energy healing practices, you’ll begin to uncover where your energy is flowing — and where it may be blocked.

This workshop is not about “fixing” you — because you are not broken. It’s about helping you remember the vibrant, whole being you already are. When your chakras are in alignment, you feel more present, peaceful, and connected — not just to yourself, but to the world around you.
