Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions are designed to support self-discovery, inner healing, personal insight, and spiritual exploration in a calm and supportive environment. These sessions invite individuals to slow down, relax deeply, and connect more fully with themselves through guided hypnosis and subconscious exploration.  many people seek QHHT sessions during periods of transition, emotional healing, spiritual awakening, curiosity about past lives, or a desire to better understand recurring patterns within their lives. Every session is unique and unfolds differently for each individual. Some people experience emotional insight, others experience deep relaxation and clarity, while some report vivid symbolic imagery, spiritual understanding, or past life experiences connected to their personal journey. What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a hypnosis based method developed by renowned hypnotherapist and author Delores Cannon after decades of research and experience working with thousands of clients worldwide. QHHT uses a gently guided hypnosis process that helps individuals enter a deeply relaxed state often referred to as the Somnambulistic State. In this relaxed state, individuals may access deeper levels of subconscious awareness, memories, emotions, insight, and spiritual understanding that are not always easily available during normal waking consciousness.


During a QHHT session, individuals may explore experiences connected to:

Dolores Cannon was a respected hypnotherapist, regression practitioner, speaker and author who dedicated much of her life to exploring consciousness, healing, and the human experience through hypnosis. Over several decades, Dolores developed Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) through her extensive work with clients and her research into subconscious exploration and past life regression. Her work became widely recognized for its focus on healing, spiritual understanding, consciousness exploration, and the connection between mind, body and soul.


Dolores authored numerous books discussing her findings and experiences gathered throughout her years of practice.  Her teachings continue to inspire practitioners and individuals around the world who are interested in personal growth, healing, spiritual understanding and subconscious exploration.  Today, certified QHHT practitioners continue to study and apply her method with care, professionalism, and respect for the original teachings and philosophy she developed.

Preparing for a session

Preparing for a QHHT session begins with entering the experience with openness, curiosity, and a relaxed mindset.  It can be helpful to reflect beforehand on any questions, intentions, or areas of life you would like to better understand or explore during the session.


Individuals are encouraged to:

  • Stay hydrated
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Keep an open mind without forcing expectations
  • Allow the experience to unfold naturally

What Happens During a Session?

QHHT sessions are designed to be calm, supportive, and personalized for each individual.  Sessions typically last several hours, allowing me time for conversation, relaxation, exploration and reflection without feeling rushed.

  • Guided relaxation techniques to help you enter a comfortable hypnotic state
  • Exploration of subconscious insight, memories, emotions, or symbolic experiences

Many individuals described the experience as deeply relaxing and peaceful. Contrary to common misconceptions, hypnosis is not mind control. Individuals remain aware throughout the process and cannot be made to do anything against their will.  Every experience is unique. How long does a session usually take?

Sessions are approached with care and without feeling rushed. Most sessions typically last between 4 to 6 hours, depending on the individual and the flow of experience.  This allows time for conversation, guided relaxation, exploration, reflection and grounding afterward.


Will I remember the session?

Most individuals remain aware during the experience and are able to remember some of the session afterward.  Many people describe the experience as feeling deeply relaxed, similar to meditation or the moments before falling asleep. The client will receive a recording of their session.


What if I cannot relax or feel like nothing is happening?

This is one of the most concerns before a first session. QHHT is not about forcing an experience or "doing hypnosis perfectly." Every individual experiences the session differently, and the process unfolds naturally in its own way.
